Points to Remember while raising a ticket:
Share all the relevant information regarding your query/concern for us to be able to provide quick resolutions.
Share screenshots wherever possible to enable faster resolutions.
Any video that needs to be sent as an attachment needs to be sent via a new ticket only.
Please raise tickets from your registered email ID associated with the account you wish to seek assistance on.
Important:
1. Aquarius will never ask you for personal information over social media posts or in DMS. We will always ask you to raise a ticket and share the information over a ticket.
2. Aquarius will only provide responses and resolutions via ticket raised from registered email ID.
3. Aquarius will never ask you for your password, PIN etc. DO NOT share this information with anyone including employees of Aquarius.
